Could be rotor warpage, or that your pistons aren't retracting enough to clear the rotors when you aren't stepping on the brakes, or brake dust/material trapped in your calipers and rubbing against your rotors.
Try pulling your wheels and cleaning (blowing out) the calipers of all loose and dust materials. Be careful not to inhale any of the dust.
Replace the wheels and see if you still have the problem.

I agree w/ Gzire, take apart the caliper (2-4 bolts I believe??) and take off the pads and release some of the dust/crap (dont inhale any!!). My wheels also SQUEAL when I reverse but ONLY in the mornings when the car is cold. I use this red colored spray 'Disc Brake Quiet' on the back of my brake pads which works really well for squeals NOT related to brake wear (ie. Just got new pads but your brakes squeal BOTH when braking and driving). Again the squeal can occur BOTH when driving and braking EVEN if you have new pads or pads w/ plenty of padding left. But try to spray a little disc brake quiet on the back of the pads to see if that helps.

Omfg, how many freaking times are we gonna go OVER this!
The brakes SQUEAK because there is dust on the rotor(s) and/or the pad(s). Stop blaming Infiniti for your own inability to maintain your car! Go on an empty street, drive 30-40mph and hit the brakes hard. Not a panic emergency stop, but hit 'em hard. Do this a couple of times in a row. This is called "bedding your brakes." THEN, go pickup a bottle of wheel cleaner. Spray the wheel cleaner on your wheels, rotors, and calipers. Let the stuff sit for a few seconds (or as directed) and then rinse off. Go take another drive...if this does not solve your problem, the car is just experiencing uneven PAD wear which is perfectly normal. If you don't like the sound, there is nothing you can do! Stop crying about it ya sissies.

DONT BLOW THE BRAKE DUST!!! YOU WILL DIE FROM IT!!!
Get a can of brake cleaner from an autoparts store, its like $2 a can. Take the wheel off, wiggle the pads a little to create some space between the pad and the rotor and soak those puppies down with the brake cleaner. Its safer to inhale the chemicals in the brake cleaner than the brake dust.
