hahaha well rlin if you can tell from 2002ap1's reply there the thing is a royal piece of crap! I haven't used it personally but I've heard plenty on it. In fact in some cases its actually caused more harm then good.

Way back in high school, I put it in my Jeep Cherokee. I got 11 mpg without it, and 11 mpg with it. It does jack.

there's mention of it in a thread here or on my350z about it.

On a day where a bunch of guys/girls were doing a dyno day one of the guy stuck that thing in there to see... & lo and behold it was like -10hp.
That's minus 10!!!! He joked he was just glad his engine didn't suck it in.

well you know,

I'm actually waiting for a big company to come out with a electric supercharger. auto cooling fans used to be attached to the engine... remember when? but they realized that you could save hp by making them electric. a computer controlled electric supercharger in theory could work. If it was it was set up to increase speed as rpm's increased. this way it wouldn't take any power away from the engine

Electric superchargers have been out for a while.....but there is no way they can spin fast enough to create any "boost".

no I don't mean those blowers from a HVAC system that you see on eBay.

I mean a BIG company using a industrial blower motor, computer controlled, etc..
