if you didnt get one, when you paid for it... demand one.

But frankly, the trunk mat is no biggie, it costs $70, and I hardly use my trunk, or even open it. So I could for one do without it.

I would recommend getting all weather mats instead by paying a little more.

aren't they the same? Just take it out from your 03 and put it in your 05 and you are all set

Still haven't heard from Dealer

The car is already paid for, and the next day after I drove it home, I realized that and try to contact the dealer...

I would recommend going to the dealership instead of calling.

usually... to get a good score (all excellents) on their review, the dealers will go a little extra to get you the mat. I hope you havent filled the questionnaire that is sent in the mail. I am into 7 weeks of buying my car and still havent filled it.
if you paid for it you should get it.
escalate this issue to the manager.
if that also fails write a letter to Infiniti.

I haven't fill out the review, i haven't even received it

It is not about the money.. $70 on a almost 40K car is nothing..... it is just if you quote me with it, I should have it. over 24 hour no response from the dealer, I will call again later on today. Hope I get it resolved, or I will personally go down to the dealer and talk to them. I do have all the email with exact options they quote me for. Just such a pain in the A$$ to go down there
