I'm looking to buy a cd repair manual for my car, I have found one for sale but it for a 2004 model. I own a 2003, will it be fine?? Any major differences??

No the differences will not be major, in fact they'll be the exact same manuals. If its a 2004.5 manual however, you'll run into very minor differences. 2004.5 and ups are ULEV's which account for the addition of a few more senors and a revamped ECU. Other than that everything else will be equal.
