I tried to purchase the product online, but the website is not working. Phone number listed on the website is no longer working. I contacted Jim. He told me that he is no longer working for Crystal Guard. Any body knows what’s happening to Crystal Guard. I really like their products.

i just checked the website (crystalguard.com) and it appears to be working fine. i believe the bay area retailer now only sells online or by phone. they apparently closed their retail store and are a warehouse business solely now.
