The 2 extra seats are what puts it in a different bracket. A car can only be considered "sports" if it has at most 2 seats. Thus why the G is considered a coupe, which is cheaper.

I understand the brackets and classifications, but the actuarial tables tell the biggest part of the story. The folks buying Z's are not the folks buying G's.

G should be cheaper,but maybe geography matters 2

My G35 was cheaper to cover than my CL Type S (yes, same policy/coverage). In my area, the G35 was cheaper than the Z.

My G costs me $75/month for full coverage w/$250 deductible in Indiana (but I also have a multi car discount too).
