got my 1st ticket in the G 84 ina 55 20 over is reckless in va. so anyone have any ideas, about how not to get suspended? my wife is prego maybe i can tell the judge that. maybe i wont be driving for a while. im gonna take the driving class before i go to court so maybe that will help. any advice is welcome besides slow down, its a g for goodness sake. nah just kidding.

 

have you talked to a lawyer? i'd do that first.

 

what county? I have had a few Reckless tickets in VA. Save the lawyer go in and plead it out your-slef if it is your 1st ticket. If is in a ticket trap town say off 95 near the NC boarder( ****ing Emporiem(sp?)) get a lawyer one of there lawyers it will cost you.

did 83 on 55 in hamptons rt 13 2 months ago, and a 81 again in 55 in same area, probably just 2-4 miles apart.. just paid both the fines, and nothing else happened...dont know if this helps...
