Plus, I know it would be nearly impossible to find the color combo I want. Black with the Peanut Butter Guts; for those who don't know what that means, its the cinnamon color interior that is similar to the color of peanut butter.
for me i'm just going to drive my G35 for couple years till the E90 M3 out and i'm going back to BMW

And, it is my assumption that not many OLD people are in the market for a small, 6MT coupe, so I don't think that will be a problem either.

I wouldn't mind getting a 05' G35 6MT, but it bothers me that I lose my Brembro Brakes and 260TQ instead the 270TQ I had with my 04'. I know the 05’ are supposed to have equal to or better brakes but, I like the look of the Brembros and it was a conversation piece. Many people were amazed that they were stock. I know that the 05's have 298HP but I feel that the TQ is more important to have more of. These are my options what do you guys think.
1. Try to get a CPO 04 6MT? I think this would be very hard due to the fact it was a 6MT and that my car was fully loaded. (Full Aero-Navi-Prem-Bose etc.)
2. Buy a 05' 6MT and try to get make a deal to get my Brembos from off of my totaled 04 and lightly mod the car to get the extra TQ.
3. Buy a CPO BMW M3. I always wanted an M3 but, I know that the M3 is going to be discontinued soon due to the arrival of the M4 in 06' or 07' than I would have an (OLD CAR). 4. Drive my daily driver until I save up for a M35

I don't know for sure, but keep in mind that Nissan may have changed the piston sizes and/or master cylinder for the '05 brakes, so slapping the Brembos on without consideration for brake bias may not be a good idea. You may end up with longer stopping distances as a result.
And, fade is not just due to pads and rotors. Fluid plays a HUGE role as well. Replace the fluid with higher boiling point stuff and fade will be greatly reduced.
