a2ncharm23, your house...
is gorgeous.
Seeing that photo of your pad brought a flash of my rather more humble abode before my eyes. I laughed, remembering a line from the Albert Brooks movie "Defending Your Life."
Brooks is at the BMW dealership picking up his new 3-Series. He gets everything squared away with his salesman, who leads him out to the lot. As the guy and he are walking outside, Brooks spies a 750 in his line of view and he's speechless.
"God, it's GORGEOUS. It's HUGE, bigger than I imagined," he blurts out.
The salesman looks puzzled, then realizes Brooks's mistake. "No, that's the 750. Your car is over there," he says as he points to a runty little 325 off to the side.
Brooks is crestfallen. "My car looks like a turd now. Here's a tip: Don't show the 750 first next time," he laments.
a2ncharm23, if your house is a 750, mine is an '85 Buick Century. You're a fortunate man.
Oh, and your cars kick butt too.

It seems pretty clear that many of you need constant ego boosts. The constant posting of pics asking people to tell them how much they like their wheels, their body kit, their paint etc is quite hilarious. At least most threads and posts are on topic. Now we have a post of a Porshe, in front of a huge house. Perhaps anyone with a ***** over 8 inches can start posting pics as that seems to be the logical evolution of all this.
There's nothing wrong with being proud of your accomplishments in life, but the need for gratification from strangers on a board is pretty silly. It seems many people have posted postive comments so I'm sure my opinion won't be shared by most, but this one was just too much for me to resist.

wow. not to be rude, but you're an idiot.
Back to point, nice 997. When I purchased my G35 and brought it home, my dad was like why didn't you just buy a pourche? I'm like, damn if I knew you were going to help me pay for it then I would have! I think he might be getting one for himself. It's a beauty for sure.

Love both cars and the house. Good taste I must say. Pay no attention, some people are constantly bashing Caribbean Blue owners, I've gotten used to it.
btw: Boduho, I'll try to remember what you say. When I finally buy my Ferrari I'll make sure to hide it from everyone so they don't think I try to show off.

I wasn't saying anyone should hide their Ferrari. IMO one should communicate through the internet and message boards the same way you would in any "real life" situation. You wouldn't walk up to a crowd and flip open a photo album and ask them if they liked your car. You would appear pretentious and a tad bit needy. I have nothing in particular against a2ncharm23 and he certainly does have some nice cars and a beatiful house.
