The service manual says to lift and pull foward . Well I cant get it to release from the hooks . Any help ?

 

just pull harder....

 

I had the same problem a few weeks ago and was answered here

Bout 10 inches in from the side/door jam is where the hooks are under the rear seat.
The first time you remove it, it is extra hard. Place both hands under the edge (10 inches in) and yank straight up - it will pop, then repeat on other side.

Then pull forward to remove...
