Man, that sucks, im sorry to hear that. Our headlights arnt exactly easy to remove so the person must have known what he was doing. My friend's G35 got a 2 foot long deep key mark down the side of his car. People have no respect. Ive got a large dent in the rear wheel well from someone opening their door into my car, and ofcourse I am stuck with the fees because it was a hit and run.

 

man that sucks. Oh, and don't hate the Ohio people lol. But i do agree, Ohio State....is right in the middle of a ghetto. In fact, thats what i was going to post here. I had people break into my camaro in the daylight, like noon on sunny day, and steal stuff from my car with my alarms BLARRING out loud, horns, sirens, lights, the whole deal. The busted out my door lock with a screw driver.

I do have some advise though if you, since you mentioned getting an alarm. Be sure to lock your hood. Get a hood lock, or if you're good, you can custom make one from a door-lock solenoid. So that when you try to open your hood with the cable...(or a theif who wants under your hood for parts or to cut your alarm or power)...it can only be done with your alarm auxillary channel on the remote! And battery back up for alarms is like <$20. And the pager...wouldn't go with anything less...although my pager didn't help me

 

Wow I can not believe that happened to you?! I am definately getting an alarm system before I head out to UM next fall. The crazy thing is, my teacher just got his headlights and bumper stolen this Tuesday April 12th at his house in Hollywood?! Anyhow, after reading this thread it seems like we should start a UM G35 Club of our own considering so many people go there. Is anyone from UM attending the meet this Saturday at Tropical Park? Ill be there with my Sedan so let me know if you go.
