This price on a coupe?

Hey guys I am in the Miami area and dealing with two different dealers here. The first being Coc. Creek Infiniti. The second is Warren Henry Infiniti. I am looking for the best price available for the 5At coupe with aero package, prem pack, and sports pack. I talked to both ladies and haven't got a price config with Coc. Creek's yet, but the one at Warren Henry said she could do it for 37000. She said it is 1500 off msrp. You think thats a good deal? I said no could you go lower like a bit above invoice. She goes no and I say oh I have another dealer to look at and than she goes about how much over invoice? I go the most I will pay over invoice is 1200 and she goes I will talk to my boss about it and get back to you tomorrow. What do you guys think I should do?

I'd say good idea with the offer, just incase she does come through at that price, but the price she is offering you isnt bad. But of course, wait until you hear from the other place as well, and if they are selling at a better price, dont automatically jump to them.. call the other place back and tell them what you can get it for there, and see if you can work something out saying how you would prefer to buy from them or whatnot. Worked for me

so 37000 isn't bad? It could go down to possibly 36,000 or 35,000 considering I asked her for a bit above invoice. I wonder if the other dealer will beat that price?

i dont know how the demand is over there in Miami

here in socal i got 1200 over invoice which is the best i've heard of here. i know i have not read of a single person getting 1200 over invoice in SoCal.. I think Socal is probably one of the worst places to get a good price on a G.. so you could definately do better than 37000 i think. i got my 05 6MT Coupe with Premium Package, splash guards, and trunk mat for 37.6K Out the door. That's with 7.5% sales tax.

i suggest you go to www.carsdirect.com and get a quote from dealers through email.. it's the best way and its easy to get a quote from multiple dealers.

You should be aware that you can get a better deal on an AT coupe than a 6MT coupe. You should do more research on this forum about how much folks here have paid for ATs. For what it's worth (which may not be much because I don't know all that much about AT pricing), I think you should be able to do even better than $1,200 over invoice for an AT. Bottom line: sounds like you need to take some more time to research the market before making a deal.

Demand is also high in Miami. I got $1000 of MSRP last March on mine.

A fully loaded G35 will run you about $40,020 according to Edmunds.com. Invoice on that same loaded coupe is $36,477. (Both Prices include a $610 destination charge and I believe destination at Lokey Infiniti is a little lower than that). The Lokey Infiniti discount is like $3000 below invoice. Tell Warren Henry to "go jump".

I believe that you will find that the "Destination Charge" is the same no matter where in CONUS you are located.

You mean $3000 below MSRP If not I would like to buy 3 and sell them at invoice to whom ever is in the market.

I think you're fooling yourself if you can get a better price than $500 over invoice. Well you asked what I thought.

BTW... Invoice is $34,512 (with too much charged for destination). My guess is Lokey would be just under $35,000 and you'd develop a relationship with a MOD FRIENDLY DEALERSHIP, get a 3 year membership in the FGC and you'd get a free club t-shirt to boot.
