PICS of my NEW Headlights!!! BLACKED OUT!

Hey guys,

I just installed my headlights after receiving them from Gdragon! I had him black out the housing, clear and smoke the turn signal, and smoke the clearence strip. I did not add projectors though since they weren't worth the cost to me.

He also smoked my sidemarkers. Those also came out excellent.

He did a GREAT job on the lights! They are very professionally done. They arrived at my house packaged incredibly well. I am definitely impressed with the mod. The cost was $120, which includes shipping. Here is the link to his post on this forum for those who have not seen it:

Here are some pics of the mod. I will try to get some more later this week when I clean the car again. These are BEFORE and AFTER pics. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Looks good. You should post some pics with the lights on. Maybe next time.

What was the total time without the headlights and til they were installed back??

There was absolutely no downtime for me. He had an extra set of lights that he sent to me. I am now sending him mine back in exchange, meaning if you were interested, there would probably be no downtime for you either. Keep in mind that depends on whether or not he has an extra set of headlights sitting around. I'm sending mine back to him tomorrow, so he should have that set in about a week.

It took him about a week to complete.

ohh really? no downtime huh? i might do this.. can you keep the clearance strip or does it all have to be smoked out and is it on the light plastic or the inside of the housing itself?

It is on the housing itself, not just the glass. He will do the lights to your specs. Pretty custom job, making it possible to have a fairly unique set. If you don't want the clearence strip done, no problem. He can leave it as is.

Thanks guys. Just remember that if you are interested, you should contact Gdragon on this forum about it. I'm not affiliated with him in any way, but I feel he deserves credit for his work. It is even better than I thought it would be.

Looks nice, but how can this not cut down on the light output?
