Coupe seat decision...Help me!

Hey guys,

So I checked out the Milano's..And I dont like them..SO I am down to either Sparco EVO II's:

I would get them in Black and it would be about $1600 U.S. for two WITH Brackets.

OR. Recaro makes a seat called the specialist, and you can get them customized..Here is the basic leather version:

Now, these would be $1800 U.S. for the two + custom brackets. SO they would be more.. And I may not be able to return them as the are "special custom order"..

Has anyone sat in racing buckets or have/had them in a daily driver? Any good?

Help me out guys, I am going FUC^ING NUTS HERE!

Thanks,
MIke

I think that the stock seats are much better than either of those. Just curious why would you want to change the seats? I love the seats in mine.

Those are racing seats designed to support you so you don't move around as much when you are cornering hard.

I know what the racing seats are "for" I am looking for some advice is all.

The stock seats are trash, the Recaro seat is much better quality..Recaro doesnt cut corners on seats and install controls in bolsters..CRAP

I would not go with that Recaros... doesn't really look supportive at all without the shoulder supports. I think stockers would be better than those.

Just FYI - if you are really taht psised at the stock bolster controls....

It may be cheaper, and turn out better, to get ideas from a custom upholstery shop about changing the padding and altering the controls.

Yeah just keep the stock ones much better quality. Those are for racing around a track so you dont move at all.

Damm people he just wants new seats. I had the sparco monza's in my last car and I liked them alot but they can be a pain to get in and out of but they fit nice and snug. If I had to pick out a new set for my G it would be the Cobra misano hands down.
