i drive touring 350Z. and my Z is just.. nothing but problems...
i think i picked up the ****test Z they can ever sell! having every single problems that can happen to Z.
now im in market for G35 coupe 5AT. i have to drive 50miles every morning to go to work. so i decided to go with AT. but the thing is.. how is G35? is it gonna be simular to 350Z? im talking about the problems. do they have simular problems? or is G35 better??
I just wanna find out about G35 before i purchase it.
let me get some advice on G35. everything that i have to know about G35 before puchasin'.

Blackcode, i did the same thing you are talking about, as in going from a 350z to a g35. I couldn't be happier, not a single problem to date. Only thing I miss is the true sportyness of the Z, but the problems were just to much to handle. Actually got Nissan to settle and buy the car back to, I lucked out. Let me know if theres anything else I can help you out with.

Kind of sounds like you have a lemon on your hands. I would check on your lemon laws and see if Nissan will give you another vehicle as an even trade or just give you your money back and buy yourself a G.

Check your lemon laws. I don't know where u are, but here in Texas, if a vehicle is taken in for repairs more than three times within a reasonable amount of time, depending on whether it's the same problem or different problems, the vehicle is declared a lemon.

my 05 AT Coupe has 11.5k on it so far, I only have two problems with it.

1) I drive way to fast sometimes
2) My wife keeps asking why I spend mroe time caressing and whispering to my G than to her... when I told her "I would spend more time with her if she was that young, sexy and fast" (big mistake )

Other than that it has been flawless as far as actual problems

...I got my 6mt G last year, and I've had to replace my transmission once because of grinding in 5th. But I think they've fixed the problem by now with the new models so that shouldn't be an issue?

...as for ride, my younger sister has an 04 Base Auto 350z and the ride makes my car feel like a waterbed... well maybe i'm exaggerating, but the g feels alot more "floaty" then the z....

...regardless I love my g.. hehe.... nearly the same beast in a different shell i guess good luck!

I just got my 05 M6 coupe, and I can say that the sport tuned suspension tightens things up a bit! It is deffinately the firmest ride I've ever had and it sticks to the road pretty darn good. I'm still exploring just how well it handles but I'm very impressed with it thus far. I'd have to venture a guess that the sport tuned suspension along with the 19" rims is at least as firm as the Z's...

Well, i had a 05 ppwhite mt 350z for one night. By the time i got home it had 100 miles on it and the tranny noise was insane! I took it back the next morning, and the service guys told me they were going to have to swap the tranny. I said "is that so"....and gave back the car to them that same day. Needless to say, the problems in less than 100 miles on a new car were enough to sway me to its competitor (G). THe interior of the G is much nice and it seems a lot more stable in every category. No problems yet. U wont be dissapointed.

Had mine since 08/30/03 I have 17K miles on it and no tranny problem whatsoever. Some things that did go wrong in my car like the radio going out. The driver side seat is rocking back and fort. Exessive squeeking of the brakes. Driver side power window was replaced. All was fixed under warranty and right now the car is running perfect. I only drive my car on the weekends so you might have a different experience than me reagrding problems that might show up on your ride. Anyways, goodluck on your purchase and like what other said you will not be dissapointed.
