Will the dealer install a spoiler after you have bought the car, and if anyone has done it how much was it? Thanks

I imagine no less than $100. They charge $90/hr for labor... one thing you can do is order the OEM spoiler online (it will come with instructions) if you find a body shop or something that can do the install for less. You don't necessarily have to go through the dealer.
