Well you are obviously looking at the AT since this is all standards on the MT. I also have an AT, and drove the other options.
I know for sure you get
- 19" Forged Wheels with 40 series tires (vs 18 / 45 series on the performace tire/wheel or the 17/50 series stock)
- You get VLSD (Limited slip rear end) only available with the Sprorts Tuned
- I am not sure if it is spings, shocks, sway bars...or all - it is significantly stiffer... and you feel it.

What exactly consists in the sport tuned suspension package?
a tighter shock damper? higher spring rate? tire/rim ratio? swaybars? all of the above?
thanks.

All production coupes with oem 17's or 18's regardless of year use 314/342 spring rates. 2005 coupes with the sport suspension use a rear spring rate of 427lbs. (myG35ZX was kind enough to lend me 05 coupe sport springs so I could get the spring rates for the suspension)
I have not measured the oem bar thickness on a 05 coupe with the sport suspension, so I cannot comment on how the bar's differ from other coupes. Curiously, all 05 sedan's have thicker sway bar.

Stiffer shocks
10% stiffer spring rates (314/342 vs. 283/308)
Different wheels
Different interior trim (the silver that is either love/hate or tolerate)
VLSD 04/05 cars (explained below)
For 2005 the sport suspension did not change other then the rims and tires went to 18" and VLSD(Viscous Limited Slip) comes along to for automatic equipped sedan's with the sport package, 04 A/T's sedan's with the sport package did not get VLSD, only MT's. No 03 sedan with sport left the factory with VLSD regardless of transmission choice. All 2005 sedan's have stiffer sway bars. 2005
