Stock 18's OEM lip-- Dropping

Been lurking around forums for a few days, and love how the drops look on the G.

Few questions about it, Has anyone done it with an OEM lip and stock 18's? If so I'd really like to see one, *black would be nice*

2nd, How far can you drop it and still not hit agenst parking slabs?

I have the stock 18s and the OEM front lip - a second one....

-- guess what happened to the first one... you're right ! ripped the sucker over a parking slab

IMO the car can use a slight drop in the front, just be careful with those slabs.

How about not driving into the parking slabs... that always worked for my 3inch dropped Prelude w/ kit.

Does your car feel more firm with the H-Techs??? I dont want to get a spring and have it feel softer and there were some threads somewehre before when someone said it was softer, hard to believe...

Also, did you install it yourself or had it installed?

Did you allign it after?

People out their with the spring says it tightens the ride up... but I happen to like a firm ride. I dont feel the car came firm enough stock... and I dont think it is firm enough now. I really cant tell any difference... maybe my a$$ is really firm or used to gettin it rough.... and holy s#it did that come out wrong.

ROTF, "maybe my a$$ is really firm or used to gettin it rough.... and holy s#it did that come out wrong." too funny man

I heard the other teins (I think S) have the firmer ride compared to the H, anyone can comment on that?

And I do agree, the stock spring could definitly be more firm

I don't do it on a daily basis lol, actually I'm very **** when it comes to parking. That specific incident happened in an unfamiliar lot, I was in a hurry, pulled into the spot didn't see the slab, and the weirdest thing is that I didn't hear anything when I drove over it. It was when I pulled out the lip got caught and ripped.

In any case, here is a pic of mine with 1st lip:
