glad the G did such a good job of keeping you inside & glad you weren't 'seriously' hurt
but damn, take another look @ this pic & realize just how really lucky you were.

It looks like his car doesn't have a sunroof either. If he would have had one, he might not have a head right now.

I just drove by that intersection just like 5 minutes ago, and he seriously hit the ONLY tree within 20 feet of the curb along the entire stretch of road. It looks like he took a huge chunk out of the tree too.

It comes with the Premium package, or you can order it seperately if you don't get that package. It's kinda rare, atleast from what I understand, to find one without a sunroof.

yep, well at leat you are ok....
VDC won't save you, it can only help.
Having already been moving at 50MPH, doing a move around a car on slick road can get ugly. Even if VDC cuts power, and slowly applies brakes... you are already sliding at 50MPH. i.e. no traction - nothimg VDC or antilock can do.

A light rain is often worse than a heavy one, as it makes the road slick with the dirt and oils on the road, but not heavy enough to wash away that stuff.

In the end, as long you lived - it was a damn good day, the rest is what insurance is for.

Man that's the first flipped G I've seen. The headroom is not a lot (and I'm only 5'9) in the coupe so you are definitely lucky to be OK. From the wrecks I've seen posted here, the G is a very sturdy and safe vehicle. (Just remember there are other more tragic wrecks that people don't post here too)

yeah. I know I got lucky ^^ I guess it all come down to is that I am ok. But I will miss the G for sure.

and yes msd3075, that tree got it good, I check out that tree everytime I pass it Maybe it's good to have it there to stop me dead on (and flip over) instead of keep going
