So where is the car now? Did they just scrap it or something? I would buy those rims and tires if they are in good condition still.

Nasty crash. Good that you're okay after that one. That section of road sounds extra slippery but there must have been some hydroplaning of the tires too, at whatever speed you were running.

The stock pilots get pretty slippery after 15k or so. I had a similar encounter on a wet highway going about 85mph. I changed lane and the car just kept sliding for about 5-6 seconds. (felt like forever though) Good thing I took the driver safety training class so I could ease the car back on the road before plowing off the road.

Glad you are OK.

While a lot of people are pretty upset at the damage a 5 mph collision can do, they need to see something like this to realize that the engineers really do know what they are doing.

I've seen a bunch of posts about G accidents. I can't really recall too many (except that recent one in Cali) where the occupants got really messed up or died.

Damn with an accident like that I think you're very lucky to be alive. That has to be the most wrecked G35 I've seen so far. Good luck car shoppin for an 05 and becareful on that corner.

glad to hear you're ok, a recent crash involving a g35C here in Vancouver resulted in 2 fatalities, the G caught on fire after the crash, bystanders could only watch as the 2 people burned.....I hope we all keep it safe out there

Thank God you're alright. That's a pretty nasty crash. On a totally random note... is that a G in the right corner of the first pic? It looks like a DG g35 sedan.
