Recently, while washing my car an area of paint behind the driver side fender flaked away. Is this covered under the warranty on my g35, it has 1000 miles. Thanks for any answers or reccomendations on how to get it fixed.

 

It will probably depend on whether they determine if it was caused by an impact of something (i.e. rock chip) or if it is a true paint defect. I would take it by a body shop or two first, then go to the dealer if the shops say it looks like a paint defect. Out of curiosity, what color do you have?
