Tire advice?
Tire advice?
I'm out of town and my car is sitting at my house until Fri. My 275/35/19 right rear tire has a nice piece of metal in it and is steadily deflating ~5psi a day, but it can be refilled.
Should I ask my roommate to keep it filled for me or just let it go flat?
I do want to try to get it fixed when I get back to town. I'm concerned that if the tire goes flat, I won't be able to fill the tire and I want to protect my GT-7s. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
BTW I'll be needing new tires soon. Any suggestions? I'm currently using Toyo T1-S Proxies.

Do NOT let it go flat! Risk of flatspotting as well as risk of breaking loose from the rim. Why not put on the spare until you get back? Or use your jack to lift the car enough to keep the rims from sitting on the ground?
