Last night, on the way home from work, I looked down the odometer, and it read 1,204. Unfortunately, there was a lot of traffic (route 18 is always crowded), so I had to wait to get on a small road (had to take a different route, with less traffic). At the next traffic light, I turned the VDC off, pulled down my window, and gunned it! What a rush! I had floored it during my test drive, but it's different to experience it in your own car. I come from a 98 Maxima, and this is a huge step up for me (in both class and performance). I am afraid I won't be able to keep my foot off the pedal, and damage my G. I hope it can withstand the abuse. Now, I have to find a real car to race (an S2000, or something to that affect). The only problem is it's hard to find something here in my area. I have seen only one G, and that was a month ago. I've seen a few Z's, so I might race those for fun . Anyway, just wanted to share my first "real" experience in the G, and tell everyone that I am really impressed.
