That is cool...I'd like to see it installed to see what other wire have to come off of it.

Its products like these that will eventually make me break down and buy a radar detector. Damn you innovation!!! I don't need this false sense of security in my life.

While I admire the benefits of capitalism, I'm not about to make this guy rich. The mirror can be had for $219 and the concealed display is $39.00. This does not include the radar detector, so one would be paying him $291 for labor if you buy it at $549.

Great idea but shouldn't the arrows and stuff be invisible once it's off? It should cast a reflection once off instead of you still being able to see the arrow indicator. The product looks good but somewhat defeats the intended stealth installation purpose if a vehicle behind you can see the remote display at night.

it's not hard to actually make one. There's a guy that makes them for BMW's. All you need to do is buy the conceled unit for 60 bucks I think, and open the rear view mirror. The hardest part is scratching off the mirror backing, so the conceled display shows up. I'll try to find the write up to do it with a bmw, and maybe someone here can modify that and make it work with the G35 or 350z.

Seems like a lot of $$ for just a display!!!

Note: You MUST have a Valentine One Radar Detector and Hard Wire Adapter to use this mirror. The mirror only contains the Concealed Display, NOT the Radar Detector.

Very nice, but too much money for his labor, as someone said.
