Front Spoiler Damage

I am not used to driving a car so low to the ground (my other vehicle is a 1 ton Dodge Diesel dually.)

Anyway, after just a couple of days of driving, I now realize why I have seen kids in these lowered cars driving out of driveways at wierd angles.

I left a gas station the other day and another vehicle was coming in, so I was forced to go out straight. Needless to say, it completely ground up about 2 feet across of my front spoiler, right in the middle. Does anyone make something that goes over this to protect it? I really don't want to pay a grand to have this fixed, just to have happen again. I also notice that it will grind on the concrete parking stops in parking lots.

The car is less than a month old and the front looks like Sh*&!!

Does anyone make something out of plastic that can be applied to the fender to protect is from scratching? I know the clear bras exists, but they would not protect it from what I am talking about.

Sorry man....

Yeah the Gs are pretty low so you gotta watch out for going in and out of steep spots. You have to go at an angle and let one tire hit the leveled area at a time. Nothing can prevent the whole bumper from hitting the ground. It is a pain in the a$$ alot of times but you have to wait until the way is clear so you can do your angle move. I dont know...With a low car you seem to know where all the bumps and steep spots are in your area over time....

Yeah I actually spent about a half hour this morning getting some nasty scratches off my front lip with some wax and touch up paint. Gotta watch out.

I would just get a new lip from www.everythingg35.com (justin) and replace it.
Only like $300+ or so shipped.

we all learn the hard way at first... not to go straight in/out of steep ramps.

Are you talking about this factory front chin spoiler? That looks like it even puts you lower to the ground.

lol tip when parking.. look at the car thats already parked next to you and see how close his front wheel is to the curb or concrete thing.. just line up your mirror with him or further back when parking.. does the trick for me.. and the more of an angle you go down a ramp the faster you can go..
