Gas Station Onlookers?
I used to get that hysterical "whered u get it from, when u get it, how much hp, how much did it cost" back when i bought it in 2003. Now i just get stares here and there, theres are alot of g35 coupes here in the Raleigh area. I guess what i'm trying to say is... i miss the attention

You're right because your car looks just as good as any mercedes or bmw....miami is flooded with the best of cars....yours just fits right in.
its happend a few times for me but i've only had the car for a lil over 2 months, i use to get the same thing when i first bought my 02 alti 3.5 back in 01 when they first came out.

It goes back to the saying "if you have to ask..." In a way, if I tell them how much I paid for my car, then I am telling them how much I make sort to speak. If you can afford this car, then it's safe to say you make more than $25,000 a year or have one hell of a trust fund. Maybe it's just me, but I never ask perfect strangers how much they paid for something when I can find out with just a phone call or a mouse click. You're right, it's no big secret, so why ask that? Do the research and get primary infomation. Why not ask how I like the car and other things besides the price? Would you walk up to a nice looking house and knock on the door and ask the owner how much he/she paid for it? Think about it...he already has your license plate. which could reveal your address and now how much you paid for your car. If his intentions are bad, I would at least make him work for it.
yea i do get a lot of attention. but for me its different i live in connecticut where sports cars barely exist. everyone here has an SuV.
i would hate to live in cali or florida, even texas where you see a car better than yours every second
damn you guys must be one rich familia

What's Up OZ? This is Ant...using my other account!
Here in Raleigh there are too many G's around now! My neighbor couldn't resist getting the same damn color...LOL But that is NO Suprise
At our first meet There were 11-12 of us and we all had the same color cars!
Black, Silver, and Gray I guess we are color blind here.
I am making heavy body mods this summer to distinguish myself!
I only get comments when the car is absolutely clean.

If i was the bell boy i would have said the same thing. I don't own a g35 yet but the time is coming. I just hope when i get mine the novelty of the car doesnt wear off. But then agian what else can come around that shows how great infiniti's are.
Theres not many G's here in Wisconsin. The majority of them are driven by people in the 50's/60's. Being 25, with out fail, When people see my car they always say you must not be married or have kids.
I respond with a very strong helllllll no!!!!

The SL65 ///AMG is one of the greatest car's ever built by any manufacturer. I love our cars, but wow, and in black... A hand-built 6.5 liter kompressed (i had too) motor. MMMMMMMMMMMMM I thought the SL500 was sweet, but the SL65 is just... WOW. :smack: OK so back on topic. I get the same crap, it is cool for about the first week, then it just gets old. Being 24 other imports see me and ALWAYS want to race too, like they want to see how well their cars stack up, kind of getting old. But then I look out the window of my house and I'm like damn that is a nice car out there, I wonder what... and how much perform... and who the lucky... oh wait, that is our car! Then I understand the inquiries. My wife's car is the only coupe in northern Minnesota. Or at least I haven't seen one.
