1 - 2 hours?? huh?
When I got my G35, they sold it with a front license plate drilled into the bumper when I specifically asked them not to. They took off the bumper and replaced it with a new one with no drilled bumper. For whatever reason they had to order a new OEM Front Lip. I went back when they got it in, and they had it on within 15-20 minutes of me waiting there for it.

The chin spoiler install requires 4 drilled holes that are visible on the lower front of the bumper and over a dozen other holes drilled underneath the bumper and in the wheel well area. For an experience installer who has done it before, it should take 45 mins. If your install only took 20 mins, they must of had 2 person do the job. There's no way 1 person can do a good install in 20 mins.
You shouldn't have to pay more than $80-100....at a bodyshop....don't let the dealer overcharge for that...

oem lip
I took it to the dealer, they quoted $120, then said they wouldn't install it since I didn't buy it there (long BS story but typical for Infiniti dealers). I did it myself, took maybe 1.5 hours to complete. But I took my time. Not that hard to do, just take your time. One word of advice, it is easier to install with another person assisting.

mine took me less than half an hour. i was in a hurry so only did the 4 holes and nothing else. it seems to be attached pretty well. if it were a non-oem lip i would've been more cautious and followed the instructions well. the oem pretty much snapped onto the bumper so i wasnt too worried about the install, just tried to line everything up perfectly.
