Hey guys i was wondering when the pilots are due to be replaced, I figure i wait until i get the most use out of the stock tires before getting my new rims and tires. Does Infiniti have a set mileage for them or what?

It really depends how you drive. My guess is that it will vary between 12K to 25K. I recommend that you use the "search" function; I've seen this being discussed on this board before.

i have 21500 miles, and my rear pilot sports are BALD. it really does depend on how you drive; some people get 12k, others 25k+. they are soft performance tires, so if you are a pretty spirited driver, you can wear them out quickly.

I have like 24k and my Pilots doesn't look all that different than new. I only have them on during the summer for 7 months a year though (which means I've only used them for about 8 months total). And I'm generally a pretty passive driver.

Just had the dealer inspect mine last weekend...

At 18K miles, I still have plenty on the fronts, but the rears will need to be replaced in about 5-6K miles...

This, ladies and gentleman is why you don't track expensive-to-replace street tires, or as Eagle1 eloquently put it "Those look great on the street, but that is where they should stay."

I got about 9000 miles out of them. One year, that's it! Pretty crappy...

My car is actually at the dealership right now having the rear tires replaced, 27K miles on the car but, I drove very conservative knowing they needed to be replaced three months ago.
