The Happiest Man ALIVE

My G35 arrived at the dealership on May 2, 2005. Picked it up yesterday May 3rd.. I've been waiting for over 6 weeks and now I finally got it! I know you guys have all probably seen these "finally got my g" thread but I just had to share with you guys what you all love.. I need to take better pics during the daytime but here's some for now:

BTW, the white honda civic is the car I was driving before I got the G

LOL thanx!!! I know.. one hell of an upgrade.. I absolutely love this car.. it's everything I wanted and everything I have expected. My girlfriend who wanted to buy a celica now wants to get a G35 too (after she rode in it today). She said it's so comfortable.. she also fell asleep while I was driving too

Congrats on your new car! It looks sweet... Just be sure to take care of it as black is the hardest color to keep clean / swirl free!

AHAHAHAHA.. the landscapers put the caution tapes up.. there isn't any grass yet on our front lawn and they just finished cementing those bricks on the edge of the driveway..

I hear ya.. before I got my car I've been reading almost every thread on this forum and a lot of people who have a black G say it's hard to keep it clean and swirl free.. I drove to New Jersey today (well technically yesterday) and I noticed there's a lot of dust already on my car. I don't mind though because I know I'm going to be cleaning it once a week at least

I'll definitely post pics in a couple weeks. Just have to finish finals first and get some studying done for the boards.
I also used to be in the Honda camp (2 accord sedans) but I didn't like either. Of course my sister is in the dark side of the force, ie. TSX.

congrats on your new purchase. Black is the best color, but I am a little biased.

Congrats! ....

good choice in color heheheh... =P

Don't worry about the Black, it's hard to maintain but it's well worth it...

I cleaning out my Black 97 Prelude so I can sell it... and as long as you maintain it, it'll be pretty much swirl free.

One suggestion tho get a clear bra kit so you don't get those white dings on your car. I had to wait 2 weeks for the clear bra to get shipped in and within that time I got one tiny little chip. My lude is riddled with white specs but what can you do they didn't have or I didnt know about clear bra kits back then.
