A few months ago I put PIAA bulbs in replace of the stock headlights. I got into a minor accedent a week ago or so and had a little work done on the body and underbody in the front. Since then, one of the foglights doesnt turn on, but turns on when I put on my high beams. Any idea what the problem is? Thanks.

My money says that the low/fog filament within the bulb itself is out. The impact from the accident probably caused the filament to separate from the post. Time for a new bulb.
