I didnt know there were already several OEM plugs in many locations, but now that you mention it, I guess I've seen plenty of them. I guess the guy was giving me the standard disclaimer.

Its still 70-ish around here. The original Dent Doctor (started the franchise in Little Rock) is about 10 blocks from my house They do amazing work. The only thing they didnt want to touch was a dent on my Maxima from a BB gun (paint was gone too). But at least they were honest about the probable results.

yes it is.... when it happened i thought i was going to have to punch something!!!! i was sooo pissed.... but it worked out great!!!!
