Strange why Infiniti would put a billboard there.
They may not have picked that specific location.. they may have just bought X billboards in a certain part of town, and left it up to the billboard company to pick where. If they're doing these all over the nation, it's probably cheaper to have a few in bad spots than to spend the time to pick out each location.
