Well, I've been eye'ing on the G35 Coupe for a long time now... and I have finally pulled the switch. Sold my 2003 Subaru WRX for a 2003 G35 Coupe Sport/Aero Package.

The AWD & boost will be missed, but bring on the leather, sunroof, dual climate and sexy looks of the G. Got the car used with only 24,500 km and never winter driven. It's red and seems to be really rare here in Toronto and Waterloo.

Just have a few questions... do I need to contact Infiniti to transfer the warranty? I've driven the G35 for a few days and I have nothing but a smile Winter won't be as fun but hey, I can't say no to the G.

What are some other things I need to know about the car. If you're running synthetic engine oil, what are the oil change intervals assuming you drive 85% highway? Every 6k or 8k km? Any newbie G35 owner tips would be appreciated!

Hi bro, and welcome to 'Driver. Congrats on the new ride, and you'll like it even more than the Suby.

The ownership transfer sheet is in the warranty book to fill out and send in. If no book, contact the dealer for a sheet.

Winter's a downer but, snowtires help you thru it with the G. Oil changes I do about every 6k but 8k would be ok too.

You dealing thru Guelph Infiniti?-- They seem cool for service/warranty. Oakville Infiniti is good too, as well as Yorkville but that's further.
See you at the next meet.

Welcome to the group! I had a 315HP '97 Mitsubishi GSX, so I can relate to the AWD/boost addiction. Unfortunately, I'm waiting to take delivery of my G. See you around the forums.
