5~10k is not too bad when it comes to a one-off prototype like that. considering that includes R&D costs and fabrication, it's pretty reasonable.

looks good. i can see where you followed the lines of the body... not just in the rear profile, but also in the side. keep up the innovation.

hmm, a spolier like that might be a problem on car with more serious engine, people here seem to be more concered with looks rather than useability

Things I would spend $5-10K on:
-TT,installation, tuning
-SGP ultimate longblock
-new volks and coilovers
-boob jobs for blonde swedish twins (yeah, right, like I know any blonde swedish twins)

Things I wouldnt spend $5-10K on:
"bent ironing board" spoiler.

but if you like it, more power to you.

Right, one of the reasons why most spoliers are designed down is that the top portion will generate lower pressure while the bottom higher pressure making the stable and less lifty. You dont want lower pressure generated in the lower part of the wing as in your design.

I like accordfreak's design better. But i guess different people have different opinions.

ACTUALLY, i like the R32 spoiler on our car. Someone has it on his black G in here.

It does not flow with the lines of the car IMO, but props for trying something new.

I'll take more pics as soon as it gets Sunnny again. Nice idea accordfreak, I can see what you mean Gtom35. But to me it looks like a sad dog. Or maybe it needs some viagra? I guess everyone sees something different!

So far so good on driving conditions, no high-speed runs yet though.

The first picture shows the part I am not happy with. Back outer edge points too far back, I think it needs to be brought forward and the radius of the corner needs to be larger. That will make it flow much better with the car.

Spending the dough to innovate isn't for everyone. But if nobody did it, we'd all be riding around stock.

So far there have been a good mix of comments (for the most part).

Accordfreak.. I also considered up AND down angled tips at one point. Kind of like a missile. Might have looked good, but never got that far.
