I got my popcharger and Ztube installed and I hear no whistle, it sounds like a little bit lounder but not that much of a differance.

Either roll down your windows or step on the gas pedal =P

jk....I don't know why you don't hear it. Not only did I notice, but so did everyone from half a block away.

i didnt hear any whistle when i first installed mine either. it will only do that at an exact rpm, give or take a notch or two. once you're used to it you can sound it at will. as for the "minor" sound difference, im with everyone else: get your ears checked

my ears are good dont worry, as far as the change i guess its not as noticable as the time I installed a AEM CAI on my Honda Prelude, now that was a change, but i guess i can hear it now its just louder. Maybe I outbumped my ear drums with my JLW713.5 Sub

Well, when you installed it, did you take out the plastic drain that was underneath the airbox? If you did, you just have a MUCH larger space under there and more airflow, which would probably create a larger whiseling noise.

Well, if you did it yourself (not trying to be rude here), you probably would remember because it was a real pain in the rear to remove. Took me 20 minutes just to remove the damn thing, but I am so happy i did because i think the airflow is a lot better.
