The only way your chirping 4th gear ror even 3rd with 20's and 275's int he rear is if your powershifting or have some crazy 400rwhp+ setup, sry!

Agreed... I have 275/30 20s out back and I've never come close to chirping my tires on the 2-3 shift. Unless there was some water or sand... then its not a chirp, but a wild fishtail lol...

Its easy to spin second, kinda tough to chirp third (I really dont recall ever doing this) and no way in hell can a stock G chirp 4th on a dry road on 245's and on 275's... please .

A better question would be how many times can you chirp before you have to replace your clutch or post here about a 'burning smell' or an 'odd sound' in your manual transmission. hehe..

Normal driving (actually lifiting off the accelrator) I can get 3rd to "chirp" a little. Its hard to hear over the exhaust sometimes. 2nd I can slide, spin, chrip, you name it, I love having such a tight gearing.

Powershifting, I can get 4th to chrip, third breaks a little more than when you lift. Not like some crazy hp car... but hey, whatever floats your boat.

Lesson learned:

If you want to waste your tires and your clutch impressing people what gear you can chirp, Never lift to Shift.
