Oh, and the fact that you have no clue where the caps lock button is, which makes you completely ignorant of polite internet conversation also shows what a true genius you are.

i had perfect service at miller... i never had a problem.. i've been test driving cars like Gs, FXs, I35s since i was 18 and last month i test drove a new m35 and im only 20. i dont see how much trouble you can have.. you just gotta talk to them the right way. i got my car from a russian guy (no racism, just a description of him because im not sure what his name is, and even if i did know his name **** you all because im russian too). i think his name was vladimir but im really not sure... all i know is that it started with a V. he wears glasses and is a bit thick. i leased my fully loaded 6spd coupe (sticker $38k+) with 2k down 430$ a month for 3 years

But anyway, when I bought my 04 last year, I delt with David via email (requested a quote on a G35 sedan through the infiniti website), but the sell was closed with Roger (David and Roger have the same office near the front desk). Very much a cake walk.

I bot a coupe in March from Miller. The salesman was very pleasant and knowledgable and test drives (G and M) were no problem. The negotiation process with the manager were typical, but professional. Price was OK (got a couple thou off invoice, but a trade-in was involved, so who knows). Haven't used service, but happy to see good reviews. By the way, I'm 60, so I may have been better treated than if I were 20.

dude what is going on right here with all this nonsense about racism. lets stick to the topic guys. =)
anyways the salesman was telling me this car doesnt compare to the 911 porsche. and he was being serious about it too.. i donno man- this guy was trying way too hard to get me to buy this car. Buying a car is a big step and he was pushing me to buy it right that second b4 me knowing anything about it!!

Aiight...I got mine from Miller also, this is what you gotta do bro. You have to be serious and firm and let them know that you want a G, but you aren't willing to put up with crap. And you gotta know what you are talking about and how much it costs (that is for another thread). Don't let them punk you. Miller is gonna tell you they have the biggest inventory on the West coast and they have all this and they are all that...BUNCH OF CRAP!!!!! They hate it when you CONSIDER going to a rival dealership like Thousand Oaks or Glendale, so that is why they are going to try and tell you that the other ones suck. I was buying the car with my dad and we walked out of the cubicle like 4 times because they weren't budging on the price. They followed us out to the car until we got them down to an agreeable price. All in all, don't let them punk you...

Maybe the guy mentioned that salesguy's race in hopes of someone IDing the guy if there's only one middle eastern salesperson there? In Van Nuys tho, fat chance.
I like DanielEshaghian's strategy tho. Just walk out on them slowly and let them finally go down to a reasonable price. And mention you're going to Thousand Oaks or something as you're walking out. Most people I know in that general area bought their G's from Thousand Oaks anyways so maybe you should start there next time if you don't feel like going back to Miller.

1st off-- I am very proud to be an American. I always will be. Period! If you don't like it and do nothing positive to better it, GTFO!!. As mentioned before understanding the difference between a description of regional origin and racism is key.
With that said.. understand
1) Car salesmen are paid only when they sell a car.
2) They will say whatever they have to in order to sell you, much of it a pantload.
3) Either they will sell you, you will sell them, or you will both get nothing for your time.
4) If the car salesman reads that a prospect was not a buyer and merely wanted a joy ride, (I am sure that he has had plenty of them) then he will not want to waste his time.
In this case, his read could be wrong and thus will not earn the future commission. His loss.

all your guys opinions are helpful in its own way.
ive been doing alot of research on this car becuz i really do want it. its just funny that these salesman sometimes just make up some random bull**** to sell u the car. if someone stupid falls for it-there win , but if the potential buyer knows that there full of ****, there at a major loss becuz yeah they do only make money off commission from what i hear. in the end i dont think these ppl should lie to make a sale. I dont blame them for being eager to make that money but i do blame them for getting caught in the act of their lies. so sad
Lets have a vote on what dealership they would prefer. The choices of Miller, Thousand Oaks, Glendale.
