To protect the seats from the sun, I use the Tints and cover up the Windshield with those thingies (forgot their name). As for the seat cover, I dont even have to worry about the towel anymore. Since my car came with the seats wrapped in plastic, I am keeping them in case I decide to go to the gym on my baby. That way, I dont swet on the car.

As for wrinkles, Gman2004, I have no idea how you managed to have your car's leather wrinkle free... They crack, not due to the sun, but because on the way out the car, you put your leg on the cusion and that, little by little, makes wrinkles appear. Unless you can fly out the car, I'd say the seats will get wrinkled no matter what.

Ok, bad choice of words. I meant cracking. BTW, I do have tints and the little silver thing for the windsield......still reads 106 in my in car thermometer. They sure do make getting in a hot car a lot easier to deal with when you are wearing shorts.

I don't think they look that bad. Although, I would agree they do look better without them.

See how dirty they are? Keep in mind I have not washed them once in 16 months since I got them. If did not have them, all that crap would be on my seats.

Gman, those are the kind of seat covers I'm looking for, however, the one's I've seen mostly have velcro straps on the side that allows the seat air bag to blow open Could get ugly on yours

Give them a call and see if they custom make a set with the velcro. I think they can do it cause I have the velcro on the other side so I can get to the lumbar support.
