12s is possible with out FI....but its gonna take alot more than pulleys and headers...AEBS 4.3 stoker kit.....with 11.5:1 pistons,hks ti hipower exhaust,injen CAi,DC headers;pulleys; tilton 8lb flywheel,3.93 final gear ratio;titanium rods,titanium valve springs.technosquare custom flash allowing 8500 rpm readline....remove the back seat.....should break into the 12s

I will disagree with your there, there are 350Z's hitting very low 13's with the tilton clutch and flywheel assembly, 3.9 final drive gears exhaust, test pipes/high flow cats and cams and maybe a few other basic bolt ons. I think with slicks and an experienced driver you can hit 12's without the stroker kit, higher compression and higher redline.
I personally saw a G35 run 13.6 with slicks, tilton street assembly, plenum, and intake. I was going to pursue a 12 second pass n/a but now I'm looking for an 11 second pass FI.
