CUSTOM FLOOR MATS would any of you guys go with a clear floor mat from a car wash that sells for $30 a pair and is almost like the ones that catch the water you see for sale in auto mags, or would you go for the same color of the inside of the car, i have a stone interior and the only thing is the ones from the car wash really need a little triming around the edges to fit the left foot rest. what would you do? or is there a place to order really good mats?

The Infiniti mats are more expensive but they fit perfectly, and have a mounting hole for the floor pin which means no movement and great performance.

I had the same concern when thinking about buying a less expensive, and quality floor mat, but then just this past week I drove down to my local Infiniti dealer and bought the clear exacto mats for $69. In my opinion the custom exacto mats are definitly well worth it. Pull them out the box place them on top of your current floor mat, apply the clip, and your set. They fit perfectly, no sliding, and never have to worry about getting in the G with dirty shoes.
I orded a set of Infiniti graphite mats from everythingG35 to use with my stone interior. They look great, the darker color matches the dash and hides the dirt much better than the stone mats.
My 2005 coupe came with two separate rear mats, but the new graphite set came with a one piece mat that wraps over the driveshaft hump, keeping that area clean too.

I have both the carpeted and rubber factory G35 mats. Both fit perfectly. I use the rubber on the drivers side for daily driving and during the winter rains. The rubber also saves heal wear by the clutch and gas pedel.
I have a '96 200SX SE-R with the original mats that still look great except for the two heal holes. Now I can't get the logo ones anymore, so I'm stuck with it. If you plan on keeping your G for a long time, you may want to plan ahead and buy an extra set now while you can still get them.
Don't cheap out on the interior.

If I'm correct, all Infiniti dealer's should have them, or be able to order them? I called my local dealer (Gunn Infiniti), and they didn't have 2003 exacto mat's in stock. I gave the parts department the model, and year of my G. Few days later mats arrived, 2 Front, and full length back seat mat. My dealer was the only placed I searched.
