Well, I normally keep a baseball bat in my car for stuff like this, but for some reason I didn't really notice the Fat pale white russan kid on my car, (There was a super hot chick I was talking to)

i can't settle for touch up paint if that were me, especially being that it is the hood. if you're nit picky as i am, the touch up paint will still be noticeable. get it repainted as grider35c said.

I'm just brand new around these parts and I hate to make my first post violent in nature (being a peace lovin' Canadian from Vansterdam). However......... Nicholas GQ is right - he obviously doesn't respect you but beyond that he doesn't respect the time and effort that goes into paying for and maintaining a quality item. People like him thrash on stuff because everything they own is a POS. Hey, he doesn't even maintain his own fat Russian *** correctly. The fact of the matter is this cabbage roll eatin, vodka swillin, salted fish breath fool probably can't or won't pay to fix your hood. I think you'll probably need to adjust his attitude just to keep other goofs from trashing your gear in the future. I vote Smackdown on Oleg!
