So my friend from russia thought it was cool to jump on my hood on campus here since it was the last day of classes, and he freakin owned up my hood with his belt. His fat **** left about 6 scracthes right above the grill on my hood, probably about 3 inches long, one of them is kinda deep..

What should I do? Do I touch up paint it, ignore it (yeah right) or make the fat bastard pay for a hood painting (could use it anyway)
