A buddy of mine got one, he just stood there and argued with the judge saying it wasn't him until the judge gave up and cut the ticket in half. I would try that, just keep telling them it wasnt you, you don't run red lights. It could have been your cousin or brother yadda yadda yah.

I don't understand this... if people are following at a safe distance, there would be no increase in accidents. An increase in accidents isn't the fault of the state or county implementing the devices, it's the stupid drivers.
