back from dealer: help

Just got back, they offered a base + Performance wheel package for $31614 (icludes destination charge), is this a good deal?

Its dark grey with sand interior, that is the only thing I wanted different, I wanted the dark interior...what do you guys think?

Price it on edmunds.com. Your invoice is $31,350 (includes perf. tire and wheel, trunk mat and destination charge). That's less than $300 over invoice, which is quite a good deal. However, don't buy something that doesn't have the color combination /options you want just because you can get it for a couple hundred less.. you're going to live with this car for a while, so don't get stuck with something you didn't want.

no sunroof, I think the Prem. is great but not really needed for me. I wanted Nav but to get the Nav I need to get Prem. and that would be at 4500 total, not worth it. The little things that Prem offers I could really do with out.

If you can't afford a few thousand on an already $35,000+ car, maybe you can't afford it! Buy a TSX with all the ops.
