how do you figure out if ur G came with LSD or not??
sorry im a newbie.....

i heard if it has 18inch wheels then it has LSD?

I'm pretty new to this place myself, but how you read it "LSD" could be a drug, but in this case I think it's referred to as Limited Slip-Differential.

Limited Slip Differential. Its good stuff.

You have to get the Sport/Suspension upgrade to get LSD. Preimum does not get ya LSD.

I thought our G's come with visous coupling type, not a real LSD with a real
slipping clutch.

 

Someone correct me if im wrong, but LSD only comes on 2005 G-coupes, which comes standard on the 6mt, and optional on the 5 A/T. So if you have a 2005 6mt then you have V-LSD, if you have a 2005 A/T you could have purchased the Sport-tuned Suspension Package for $1,600 which gives you all the extras (19 inch wheels, V-LSD, etc.)

 

2005 G coupes with AT, you need sports tuned package to get VLSD ( same as LSD )
MT cars - standard.

 

Any 03/04 with 18" and 05 with 19" wheels has it.

Surefire way to see if you have (anytype) LSD:

Put one rear wheel on a bunch of sand, and the other rear wheel on dry pavement.
Stomp on the gas, see what happens
