Dealer says no warranty G was in flood??????
Just bought a 03 with 50,000 miles , battery kept dying took to dealer they cant find a problem. They said the car has been in a flood so no warranty even though i ran carfax and its clean....how can they prove the car has been in a flood???
it is probably in the Infiniti dealership database. Prior owners may have taken it to dealership for repair or insurance estimate.
carfax reports are well known for not showing those types of things.

Your warranty is not with any particular Infiniti dealership. It is with Infiniti (Nissan) if I am not mistaken.. Go to another Infiniti dealership and tell them you were unhappy with the other dealerships service (Im sure they will always be happy to hear that)
What Heeb said... and give the name of the dealer who didn't want to work on your car. Hopefully it will prevent other people from buying from them. If the other dealer works on it, I'd also report the bad dealer to the BBB.

is it a new battery? Batteries are not really covered anyway. Especially at 2+yrs / 50K.
Any Nissan or Infiniti dealer can pull up the vehicle history. You need to get specifics. The car isnt a salvage title right? Then they would have to prove it wasnt covered. Again, assuming its not the battery.

if it was in fact the victim of a flood, it sounds like the seller (private or dealership) committed fraud by not disclosing that to you. personally, i'd try to get the seller to buy it back. look up what legal options you have to help make this happen.
