Those were my choices too... TL or G35C 6MT.
I went with the G35C because the rear seat accessibility with the electronic
seat pull-up/back was very convenient where it was not like other coupes. It's
about as convenient as a sedan.
Other then that, I just liked the coupe's appearance and exhaust note...but
ended up my weekend car anyway. hahaha.

Yes...they are pretty much the same. There are some slight differences that I've noted, like: seat heater switches are in different locations, ECU went from ODBI for 03 & early 04 but changed to ODBII for 04.5, etc. Infiniti did some changes on the fly as they fixed first-model-year problems in the 03 on the production lines for the 04's.
