Perhaps you heard "chutzpah" which is usually used to mean a lot of nerve (as in gall, not bravery), such as "he has a lot of chutzpah to say that about me when he is just the same."

You usually get them in addition of a moving violation.

 

I got a ticket on my previous car (Acura Integra GS-R)before for having a modified exhaust. I fought it in court. I had a GReddy SP exhaust and brought the paperwork to court and showed the judge that the exhaust was 50 state legal and she dismissed my case.
