Knowing what you know now, what would you have done differently?

Again, like others on the board, the bose system sucks. My friend has a bose system in his Mercedes C32 AMG and his sounds way better. My wife's Monsoon system in her Hummer H3 sounds off the chains. You should hear that one if any of you have any friends with the new 06 H3 w/the Monsoon system. The Monsoon system is their upgraded version, sort of like our Bose system. I personally like my old Rockford Fosgate setup in my previous car (Acura Integra GS-R)

Does the aero package only have the spoiler, or something more (front chin too maybe)?

Personally,
Before buying - I would have waited until I either found a car on the lot without the obnoxious growl when the clutch is pushed in at above 3 grand or would have waited until Infiniti decided to fix it.
I agree with the people stating that the Bose system is sub-par. I just can't get it to sound "right" with the minimal settings available. Aside from the crappy sound there are a couple of other little things that get annoying after a while like not having the presets stay in memory (+5) and the mp3 titles not scrolling (you have to push the DISP button repeatedly).
I like all the other Premium package options and would still get it knowing that the Bose blose.

Not sure what you are referring to here... is this fixed in the '05 models? Is it just a squeeky clutch problem, or are you referring to an exhaust sound?
Bleser, thank you very much for searching before posting!!! We all love you already.
One thing to consider is how long you plan on keeping the car. Premium package will get you more money when you sell it, but you still won't fully recover the cost of the package.
As for Nav, I sort of regret not getting it, but I plan to buy a bluetooth GPS kit to use w/ my PDA (Dell Axim X50v, it rocks!). When I checked blue book prices for 1 yr old G35's w/ and w/out Nav, the price difference was only $650.

I love my car .. but i would definately get the 6MT instead of the 5AT. Dont get me wrong .. the 5AT is still quick enough and good enough .. but Manual is just more fun to drive.
