Yeah that's what I have heard, that black is a pain to maintain. I just really liked the black, plus I think the there are only 3 or 4 in town. I like the Diamond Graphite so I might have to go with that, especially since I think they have them in stock and they would have to order the black.

I thought about that, but I really want an M3, so I thought if I got a 3 series I would just think about what it would be like to have an M.

the new 3 coupe isn't out yet though.. so you'd be getting a "new" car that's going to basically be a "old" car in a year or two.. same would apply for the M3.. though the M3 is a monster..

Well i imagine that the 3 coupe is going to follow suite with the 3 sedan very soon.. That's what usually happens right?

Black on Graphite = Black on Black. My interior is Graphite and it is BLACK. Don't let the name fool you. Go check them out. I think you'd like the G.

I'm like you, I shop coupes and went with the fwd 03 Acura CL 6MT, but..
There's the all new BMW 3 series, but won't be out for a year.
The all new Lexus IS Coupe, but won't be out for a year or so.
The all new Infiniti G coupe out in what, 2007?
New Acura coupe may? be out sometime in the near future probably with the AWD from the RL.
I admire the G35c and shopped it, but went with my 6MT Acura CL, which I also like a lot. it's fwd but with limited slip diff, silky Vtec engine, and best shifter I've ever driven, better build, Navi, and interior. but I love the G coupe looks and handling! it's a very sexy car. good luck.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, everything you are mentioning I have looked at already so I'm sure I'm not missing anything, but I think I'm gonna swing by the Honda Dealership today and the Acura dealership just to do a quick walk thru. Seems like the G is the best option for me.

well hmm if you never had a honda, the honda may be better suited for what you want now...but since you and i have been in the same boat and i also have had a honda daily beater through high school and college, you wanna step it up. get the g35 coupe, i'm pretty sure you won't regret it. nothing else i can think of under $40k as better value than the G for luxury and performance.

i had a black on black coupe and let me tell you, its not all fun and games. i only had for two days and each of those days it was around 90 degrees. if you are considering a blk/blk coupe get your windows tinted asap. on another note i like the wrx or sti. if i hadnt gotten a g35 i wouldve gotten an sti.

How about Audi TT?...pretty Cute car... , Honda are just too common, Acura has nothign to offer other than RSX, go with G, you will be glad you did.
